Salary: £95 - £115 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a primary school based in the Bordesley Green / Selly Oak area, who are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment. The school promotes a nurturing ethos and focuses on helping pupils with additional needs to achieve their full potential.

The school is looking to take on a Teaching Assistant on a temporary basis with an immediate start. The successful Teaching Assistant will be supporting primary aged pupils with challenging behaviour and ADHD, working closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored support and maintain a positive learning environment.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:
• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
• Experience working with primary aged children
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND, particularly ADHD
• Strong behaviour management skills
• A patient and resilient approach
• A ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to get stuck in
