Job Title: 1:1 Teaching Assistant
Location: Keynsham
Start Date: September
Salary: £14.25 - £15.50 per hour

The school is looking to appoint a committed 1:1 Teaching Assistant on a permanent basis starting in September. The successful Teaching Assistant will work closely with a student on a 1:1 basis, providing tailored academic and emotional support, helping them to access the curriculum and remain engaged in their learning through to Key Stage 4.
The successful 1:1 Teaching Assistant will have:
• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or supporting young people
• Experience supporting students on a 1:1 basis
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Patience, resilience and a nurturing approach
• The ability to support students with additional needs
• A proactive and positive attitude
