TeacherActive is proud to be working with a fantastic Primary School in Cardiff that is looking to appoint a caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant. The school has a strong community ethos and prides itself on creating a supportive and inclusive environment where every child is encouraged to thrive both socially and academically.

The school is looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work on a temporary part-time basis supporting pupils within Early Years and Foundation Phase classes. The successful Learning Support Assistant will work closely with pupils with ALN, providing tailored support within the classroom and helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment during morning sessions only.

The successful Learning Support Assistant will have:

Experience supporting children with ALN within a school or childcare setting

A patient, caring and nurturing approach

The ability to support pupils within Early Years and Foundation Phase classes

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A flexible and proactive attitude

A passion for supporting young children to achieve their full potential
