The school is looking to take on a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis, with the opportunity to secure a permanent role for the right SEND Teaching Assistant. The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will be supporting students across a range of ages and abilities, both within the classroom and on a 1:1 basis, helping to support learning, behaviour, and emotional wellbeing.

The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience working with children or young people with SEND
• A caring and patient approach
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A proactive and adaptable attitude
• Relevant qualifications or training are desirable
