Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Teaching Assistant to take on a role within Key Stage 2. The successful Teaching Assistant will have strong experience supporting children in the classroom, delivering targeted interventions, and helping pupils prepare for SATs. The right candidate will be enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to making a positive impact across the school.

The position will involve working closely with pupils across KS2, supporting class teachers with learning activities, preparing children for SATs, and delivering focused intervention sessions to raise attainment. A confident and engaging individual with a strong understanding of supporting pupils in literacy and numeracy is essential.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

· Experience working within a primary school setting

· Experience supporting pupils across Key Stage 2

· Experience preparing pupils for SATs

· Experience delivering small group and 1:1 interventions

· Strong classroom support skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

· A positive, personable, and proactive approach
