The role will involve:

• Supporting pupils within the classroom on a 1-to-1 basis or in small groups
• Helping to create a positive and supportive learning environment
• Supporting pupils across Foundation Phase, KS1 and KS2
• Assisting children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
• Working closely with teachers and school staff to support pupil progress and wellbeing

What we’re looking for:

• Experience working with children, either in schools or other settings
• A caring, patient, and positive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children in education

No formal qualifications? That’s absolutely fine — many of the best Teaching Assistants come from transferable backgrounds and bring valuable life experience into schools.
