Salary: £85.50 - £95 per day

The role will involve:
• Supporting pupils within the classroom on a 1-to-1 basis or in small groups
• Helping to create a positive and supportive learning environment
• Working with children across the Foundation Phase, KS1 and KS2
• Supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
• Working closely with teachers and wider school staff to support pupil progress and wellbeing
What we’re looking for:
• Experience working with children, either within schools or other settings
• A caring, patient and positive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children within education
No formal qualifications? That’s absolutely fine. Some of the best Teaching Assistants we work with come from completely different backgrounds and bring valuable experience and transferable skills into schools.
