Salary: £85.50 - £93 per day

We’re currently looking for enthusiastic and dependable Teaching Assistants to support a number of friendly and supportive primary schools across Port Talbot and the surrounding areas.

The role will involve:
• Supporting pupils within the classroom on a 1-to-1 basis or in small group settings
• Helping to build a positive and engaging learning environment
• Supporting children across the Foundation Phase, KS1 and KS2
• Assisting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
• Working closely with teachers and wider school staff to support pupil development and wellbeing
What we’re looking for:
• Experience working with children, either within schools or other environments
• A patient, caring, and positive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine interest in supporting children within education
No formal qualifications? Absolutely no problem — some of the strongest Teaching Assistants come from backgrounds with transferable skills and valuable life experience.
