Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Salary: £13.69- £14.25 per hour

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming Primary School in Hull, who are looking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Key Stage 2 / KS2. The school prides itself on creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment, where pupils are encouraged to grow both academically and personally.
The school is looking to take on an experienced Teaching Assistant on a full-time long-term basis. The successful Teaching Assistant will work closely with the class teacher to support learning within Year 5 and Year 6, deliver small group interventions, and provide additional support to pupils where required to help raise attainment and confidence.
The successful Teaching Assistant will have:
Experience working within a Primary School setting
Experience supporting pupils within Key Stage 2 / KS2
A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards supporting learning
Strong communication and classroom management skills
The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
A patient and adaptable approach to classroom support
