The school is looking to take on a committed Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis with an immediate start. The successful Teaching Assistant will be supporting teachers across the classroom, working with small groups and on a one-to-one basis, helping to deliver engaging lessons and support pupils’ development.
The successful Teaching Assistant will have:
• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Experience working within a school setting
• Strong understanding of supporting pupils with varying abilities
• Good classroom management and behaviour support skills
• A patient and nurturing approach
• A positive and proactive attitude
