Salary: £92.63 - £115 per day

Are you confident supporting pupils with challenging behaviour on a 1:1 basis?

The school is looking to take on a committed Teaching Assistant on a long-term, full-time basis. The successful Teaching Assistant will be working 1:1 with a Year 2 pupil with SEND and challenging behaviour, requiring strong behaviour management, patience and consistency.
The successful Teaching Assistant will have:
• At least 3 months experience working in a UK primary school
• Experience supporting children with SEND, particularly challenging behaviour
• Strong behaviour management skills
• A patient and resilient approach
• A positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
