Salary: £14.25 - £15 per hour

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a number of warm and welcoming nurseries across Portishead, who are looking to appoint an Unqualified Nursery Practitioner for supply work. These settings focus on creating safe, engaging and nurturing environments where children are encouraged to develop confidence, independence and key early learning skills through play-based activities.

We are looking for an Unqualified Nursery Practitioner to work on a supply basis across a range of nursery settings. The successful Unqualified Nursery Practitioner will support children within the early years environment, assist with daily routines and activities, and help create a positive and stimulating atmosphere for children aged 0-5 years. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain further experience and flexibility within early years education.

The successful Unqualified Nursery Practitioner will have:

A minimum of 6 months experience working with children

Experience within a nursery, childcare or early years setting

A caring and nurturing approach

Excellent communication skills

The ability to work well as part of a team

A positive and proactive attitude
