TeacherActive is proud to be working with a private day nursery in Cheltenham, providing a warm and welcoming environment where children are encouraged to explore, learn and develop at their own pace. The nursery promotes a caring and inclusive ethos, ensuring every child feels safe, supported and engaged.

The nursery is looking to take on an Unqualified Nursery Practitioner on a day-to-day and long-term basis, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available. The successful Unqualified Nursery Practitioner will support children across the early years age range, assisting with daily routines, engaging activities and maintaining a safe and positive environment.

The successful Unqualified Nursery Practitioner will have:

• A genuine passion for working with children in an early years setting
• Previous experience working with children or within a nursery environment
• Basic understanding of the EYFS framework
• A positive and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to support across different rooms
