The school has a strong community ethos and is committed to providing a nurturing and engaging early years environment where children are encouraged to develop confidence and independence from an early age.

The school is looking to take on a Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis within their Nursery class. The successful Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant will be supporting young learners with early phonics, language development and day-to-day classroom activities, ensuring all children are engaged and supported in their learning.

The successful Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant will have:
• Fluent Welsh speaking ability
• Minimum of 6 months experience working within an educational setting
• Experience supporting phonics in an early years or Nursery environment
• A strong understanding of child development within EYFS
• A proactive ‘can-do’ attitude and ability to use initiative
• A nurturing and patient approach to supporting young children
