Student Teaching Assistants – Immediate & September Opportunities
Location: Rhondda Cynon Taff (RCT)
Have you recently completed your childcare qualification and are ready to begin your career in education?
We are currently recruiting motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Rhondda Cynon Taff. With roles available immediately and for September, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in a variety of school settings.
What we’re looking for:
- Recently qualified candidates with a Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification
- Experience working in a school setting through placements
- Versatile individuals who can adapt to different classroom environments
- Confidence supporting pupils in both mainstream settings and those with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
- Ability to work effectively with small groups and on a 1:1 basis
- A positive, proactive attitude and passion for supporting children’s learning
