Safeguarding sits at the heart of everything we do. Our dedicated in house compliance team follows rigorous safer recruitment procedures to ensure every member of staff meets the highest standards before entering your setting.
Before placement, candidates complete a thorough vetting process that includes Enhanced DBS checks, identity verification, right to work checks, qualification verification, professional references, online checks and safeguarding focused interviews. We also review employment gaps and provide vetting confirmations to support your Single Central Record requirements.
Our safeguarding process is built around five core principles: deter, detect, assess, respond and reinforce. This ensures concerns are identified and addressed quickly, with ongoing monitoring and expert oversight from our Designated Safeguarding Lead and compliance teams.
