Cover Supervisor

TeacherActive proudly partners with a diverse range of secondary schools across Newport. We are currently seeking professional and reliable Cover Supervisors to join our school network and provide essential support.

Cover Supervisors play a vital role within schools, whether on a daily, long-term, or permanent basis. While lesson planning and preparation are not required, excellent communication and strong classroom management skills are essential.

Key Requirements

• Possession of a CACHE Level 2 or 3 qualification, or a minimum of six months’ relevant experience
• Confidence in managing classes of students aged 11 to 16 and above
• Ability to maintain positive behaviour and promote active engagement in the classroom
• Flexibility to work across multiple departments and with various age groups as needed
