Salary: £100 - £150 per day

The school has a strong focus on student achievement, high expectations, and supporting both staff and pupils to reach their full potential.

The school is looking to appoint a full-time Cover Supervisor on a long-term basis starting ASAP. The successful Cover Supervisor will be responsible for delivering pre-set work across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4 classes, maintaining excellent classroom management and ensuring students remain engaged in their learning throughout the school day.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• Previous experience working with secondary-aged students
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Confidence delivering pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects
• A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting learning
• A positive, enthusiastic and professional attitude
