TeacherActive are recruiting for Welsh Speaking Cover Supervisors to work in schools across the Ceredigion area.

This role is perfect for a confident, adaptable, and proactive individual who is passionate about education and supporting pupils to achieve their best. As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre-set work, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure pupils remain engaged in their learning in the absence of the class teacher.

⚠️ This can be a challenging role, and successful candidates will need to be resilient, organised, and confident managing a variety of classroom environments and pupil behaviours.

✅ What We’re Looking For:
️ Fluent Welsh speaker
Experience working with children or young people
Experience in schools, youth work, coaching, tutoring, or similar settings is desirable
Strong communication and classroom management skills
A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
❤️ A genuine passion for supporting young people
A valid DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
