Salary: £90-110 per day

TeacherActive is currently working with several primary schools across Leyton who are looking for dependable and motivated KS2 Teaching Assistants to join their teams. These schools are known for creating welcoming, supportive learning environments and are committed to helping pupils reach their full potential.

This is a brilliant opportunity to work alongside class teachers, assisting with lesson delivery and supporting pupils through small group interventions designed to improve progress. You will have an important role in helping children grow in confidence and strengthen their key skills.

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience supporting pupils within KS2
Strong literacy and numeracy skills
Confidence delivering small group interventions
Effective behaviour management skills
