The school is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant on a part-time basis to support a Year 3 class. The successful Teaching Assistant will work closely with the class teacher to support learning, encourage pupil engagement, assist with classroom activities, and help create a positive and productive learning environment.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• Previous experience working within a classroom environment
• Experience supporting primary-aged pupils
• A good understanding of classroom routines and expectations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A patient, proactive, and enthusiastic approach
