TeacherActive is proud to be working with an OFSTED Outstanding Primary School in Trafford, seeking to appoint a dedicated Primary Teacher. The school is recognised for its nurturing ethos, high expectations and commitment to providing an engaging learning environment where every child can thrive.

The school is looking to take on a motivated Primary Teacher on a long-term basis from September. The successful Primary Teacher will be responsible for a Year 2 class, delivering engaging lessons in line with the Primary Curriculum, monitoring pupil progress and creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment. The Senior Leadership Team are committed to supporting the successful Primary Teacher throughout the placement.

The successful Primary Teacher will have:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

• Experience teaching within a UK Primary School setting

• Sound knowledge of the Primary Curriculum

• Experience teaching Key Stage 1 / KS1, ideally Year 2

• Excellent classroom management skills

• A positive and proactive approach to teaching and learning
