TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming mainstream Primary School in Bristol that is looking to appoint a Primary Teacher. Rated ‘Good’ by OFSTED, the school promotes a positive learning culture and is committed to ensuring every child is supported to achieve both academically and personally.

The school is looking to take on an experienced Primary Teacher on a full-time, long-term basis from September, with the potential for the role to become permanent. The successful Primary Teacher will be teaching within KS2 and will play a key role in delivering engaging lessons, supporting pupil progress and leading effective SATs preparation to ensure pupils are fully prepared for their assessments.

The successful Primary Teacher will have:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

• Recent experience teaching within KS2

• Proven experience preparing pupils for SATs assessments

• Strong knowledge of the Primary Curriculum

• Excellent classroom management skills

• A positive, enthusiastic and adaptable approach to teaching
