TeacherActive is working with an ambitious, co-educational secondary school in Enfield to support their search for an experienced Teacher of Psychology. The academy is built on the belief that every child should be supported to succeed at school and in life, with a strong focus on education, community and opportunity. The school is seeking a committed Psychology Teacher to join them on a full-time, permanent contract from 1 September 2026. The successful Psychology Teacher will deliver high-quality KS4 and A Level Psychology lessons, plan and assess effectively, monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners. This Psychology Teacher role will also involve supporting pupils pastorally, contributing to enrichment opportunities and working collaboratively with colleagues to promote high standards of achievement, behaviour and attendance.

To be considered for this role, you will:

• Hold QTS
• Have a degree in Psychology or a closely related subject
• Have experience teaching Psychology at secondary level, including GCSE and A Level
• Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and an understanding of assessment requirements
• Be confident supporting pupils with SEND, EAL and additional learning needs
• Hold UK Right to Work and show a commitment to high standards of behaviour, achievement and wellbeing
