Salary: MPS–UPS £32,916 – £45,352
A wonderful primary school is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate teacher to enhance and develop SEND provision across the school.
The successful candidate will play a key role in improving the teaching and learning of children with SEND, ensuring that pupils receive the support, challenge and encouragement they need to achieve their very best. You will work closely with the SEND team, school leaders, staff, parents and carers to strengthen provision and ensure that every child is able to thrive.

The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and improving the teaching of children with SEND
- Teaching small groups of SEND pupils
- Working closely with the SEND team to ensure high-quality provision
- Supporting staff to meet the needs of pupils with SEND
- Building strong relationships with parents, carers and the wider community
- Promoting high expectations of achievement, behaviour and inclusion
- Contributing to the continued development of SEND practice across the school
