Salary: £14.26 - £18.00 per hour

The setting offers a personalised approach to education, where students learn through a combination of small group and individual support, while developing a strong sense of belonging through whole-school enrichment opportunities and a broad curriculum designed to help every learner thrive.

The school is looking to appoint a SEND Learning Support Assistant on a full-time basis with an immediate start, leading to a permanent position in September for the right SEND Learning Support Assistant. The successful SEND Learning Support Assistant will support students both 1:1 and in small groups, working closely with teaching staff to deliver a holistic learning experience that develops academic, social and emotional skills.

The successful SEND Learning Support Assistant will have:

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEND

• A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable

• Experience working within education, care or support settings

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• A patient, adaptable and positive approach

• A genuine passion for supporting students to achieve their potential
