Salary: £90 - £115 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming secondary school in Lincoln that is looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor. The school provides a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4, with a strong focus on academic achievement and personal development.

The school is looking to take on a dedicated Cover Supervisor on a temporary basis with an immediate start. The successful Cover Supervisor will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring students remain engaged in their learning across a variety of subject areas.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• Experience working with young people aged 11-16

• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

• Excellent communication and organisational abilities

• The confidence to deliver pre-set work across different subjects

• A proactive and adaptable approach to work

• A positive attitude and willingness to support students' learning
