These schools are committed to providing high-quality support for learners with Additional Learning Needs and creating positive learning environments where every child can thrive.

We are currently recruiting a caring and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to provide tailored support to pupils with ALN. This is a part-time, temporary position with an immediate start, offering the opportunity to make a genuine impact on a child's educational journey.

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with individual learners, supporting their academic, social, and emotional development while encouraging engagement, independence, and confidence throughout the school day.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

⭐ Experience supporting children with ALN on a one-to-one basis

⭐ Knowledge and understanding of additional learning needs, including ASD, ADHD, and behavioural needs

⭐ Strong communication and relationship-building skills

⭐ A patient, nurturing, and empathetic approach

⭐ A positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude
