The team works collaboratively to address challenges directly, ensuring students receive comprehensive academic and emotional support throughout their education.

The school is seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant ALN on a long-term contract commencing in September. The successful candidate will support secondary-aged pupils with PMLD, working closely with class teachers and the wider ALN department to facilitate access to learning within a safe and nurturing environment. The ideal Teaching Assistant will be proactive, patient, and adaptable to meet the diverse needs of the classroom.

• Experience supporting children or young people with PMLD

• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues

• Experience working within a secondary school or ALN setting
