The school is looking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis with the opportunity to become permanent for the right Teaching Assistant. The successful Teaching Assistant will support pupils with Special Educational Needs, providing tailored classroom support, promoting positive behaviour, and helping students access learning both individually and in small groups.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEND
• A patient, caring and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to support learning on a one-to-one and small group basis
• Experience managing challenging behaviour is desirable
• A genuine passion for helping children achieve their goals
