The school is looking to appoint a full-time Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis from September. The successful Teaching Assistant will work closely with Key Stage 2 pupils, delivering intervention sessions in small groups, supporting academic progress, and helping children develop confidence in core curriculum areas while working alongside the class teacher.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant within a primary school

• Experience supporting Key Stage 2 pupils

• The ability to deliver targeted intervention sessions

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• A positive and proactive approach to supporting learning

• A patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic attitude
