Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Salary: £24,413 - £29,000 per annum

The school is looking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant on a permanent basis from September. The successful Teaching Assistant will provide general classroom support across a range of subjects while also working with individual students on a 1:1 basis, helping to improve engagement, confidence and academic progress throughout the school day.
The successful Teaching Assistant will have:
• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or supporting young people
• The ability to provide both classroom and 1:1 support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive and proactive approach to supporting learning
• Good classroom awareness and behaviour management skills
• A flexible and team-focused attitude
