Teaching Assistant

Teacher Active is recruiting for an experienced Teaching Assistant for a secondary client school based in Bromley.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Has experience of supporting students in a school or similar setting (desirable).
• Can build positive relationships with students and encourage engagement in learning.
• Is able to support individuals and small groups, adapting to different learning needs.
• Communicates clearly and effectively with staff, students, and parents where appropriate.
• Is committed to safeguarding, inclusion, and student well-being.
• Is confident using IT systems (e.g. Arbor, Microsoft Office) to support learning and school processes.
• Wants to be part of a school that is transforming lives through education.
