The school is looking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right Teaching Assistant. The successful Teaching Assistant will support pupils across Key Stage 1 / KS1, working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging learning activities, provide targeted interventions, and promote positive behaviour throughout the school day.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification desirable

• Experience working within a Primary School setting

• Experience supporting children within Key Stage 1 / KS1

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• A patient, positive and proactive approach

• A commitment to supporting children's learning and development
