The Role

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a variety of classroom settings
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and promote pupil engagement
• Assess and monitor pupil progress
• Adapt confidently to different schools and teaching environments

Requirements

✅ Fluent Welsh speaker
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✅ Experience teaching within Primary and/or Secondary schools
✅ Strong communication and classroom management skills
✅ Positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
✅ Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
✅ Passion for education and pupil achievement
✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
