Three years of people-first culture
Winning for a third year in a row is a proud moment for everyone at TeacherActive. It reflects the culture our teams continue to build every day and our commitment to creating a workplace where people feel valued, supported and able to thrive.
At TeacherActive, we believe that when our people succeed, our business succeeds. Whether working in sales or support teams, every colleague plays an important role in helping educators find roles they love and supporting clients to deliver outstanding learning experiences.
More than workplace perks
Company culture is more than surface-level benefits. It is built through everyday support, meaningful investment and opportunities that help people grow.
Our in-house Learning & Development team offers bespoke training and individual coaching at all levels, both in person and online. Through tailored sessions, expert guidance and ongoing support, colleagues are encouraged to build confidence, strengthen their recruitment knowledge and keep progressing in their careers.
We also believe in recognising success. From progression opportunities and milestone rewards to personal and team incentives, private health insurance and additional annual leave, we are proud to celebrate the dedication our people show every day.
A place to belong
A brilliant workplace is one where people feel they can be themselves. Our dedicated diversity and inclusion committee, Empower, continues to support that ambition through talks, activities, networks, champions and policy initiatives.
From Pride and Black History Month to neurodiversity, hidden disabilities, International Women’s Day and maternity and paternity initiatives, Empower helps colleagues learn, share and feel heard.
A career with a difference
