TEACHING ASSISTANT – SWANSEA
Location: Swansea
Start Date: September
Pay: £85.50 – £90 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with secondary schools across Swansea who are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable Teaching Assistants to join their teams.

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with teaching staff to support students in the classroom, encourage engagement with learning and help pupils make positive progress.
THE SUCCESSFUL TEACHING ASSISTANT WILL HAVE:
✅ Experience working with children or young people
✅ Experience supporting students in an educational setting (desirable)
✅ A good understanding of safeguarding and student wellbeing
✅ Excellent communication skills
✅ A positive, proactive and adaptable approach
✅ The ability to build strong relationships with students and staff
