The school promotes an inclusive and nurturing learning environment, ensuring every student receives the personalised support they need to thrive both academically and socially.

This temporary opportunity is ideal for an enthusiastic ALN Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting learners across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4). The successful ALN Teaching Assistant will provide 1:1 and small group support for students with Autism (ASD), ADHD and Complex Needs, helping to promote engagement, encourage independence, and support positive behaviour throughout the school day.

✅ What you'll need:

• Previous experience supporting children or young people with ALN, ideally Autism (ASD), ADHD or Complex Needs
• Experience providing 1:1 and small group support within an education setting
• Excellent behaviour management and communication skills
• The ability to build positive relationships with students, staff and parents
• A patient, caring and proactive approach to supporting learners
• A flexible, reliable and enthusiastic attitude
