Children's Residential Support Worker

West Midlands/ permanent / £22k - 29k per year

eacherActive is proud to be working with a children’s residential home in Burton upon Trent, supporting young people with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). The home provides a structured and nurturing environment, focused on stability, consistency and supporting young people to achieve positive outcomes.

The Residential Support Worker role is a permanent, full-time position starting ASAP, supporting young people with EBD and complex needs. The successful Residential Support Worker will provide day-to-day care, support emotional regulation, manage challenging behaviours and ensure safeguarding standards are consistently maintained.

The successful Residential Support Worker will have:

• Level 3 Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
• Essential experience within an EBD residential setting
• Full UK driving licence
• Full right to work in the UK with no sponsorship available
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• A resilient, patient and proactive approach
