These colleges provide supportive and inclusive learning environments, helping students develop their confidence, independence and skills throughout their education.

We are looking for College Support Assistants for a range of immediate opportunities, with full-time and part-time, short-term and long-term contracts available.

The successful College Support Assistant will support learners within the college environment, assisting with their learning, engagement and independence, while working closely with lecturers and other support staff.

✅ The successful College Support Assistant will have:

• Experience supporting young people or learners within an education or FE setting

• A DBS on the Update Service is desirable

• Welsh-speaking skills are desirable

• A patient and supportive approach to working with learners

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• The ability to adapt and work effectively as part of a team
