Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Salary: £100 - £120 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with secondary schools across Cannock and the surrounding areas who are looking for confident, enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors. The schools offer supportive learning environments where staff work together to maintain high expectations for behaviour, engagement and pupil progress.

We are looking for Cover Supervisors for temporary part-time and full-time roles with an ASAP start, offering flexibility around your availability. As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during teacher absence, deliver pre-prepared work across a range of subjects, manage classroom behaviour and ensure pupils across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4 remain focused and supported throughout their lessons.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• Previous experience working with secondary-aged pupils or young people is desirable
• Confidence supervising classes across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The ability to confidently follow lesson plans and instructions left by teaching staff
• A proactive, reliable and adaptable approach with a genuine interest in supporting young people's education
