Cover Supervisor

Salary: £100 - £130 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a well-established and forward-thinking academy trust across South Gloucestershire, who are looking to recruit a dedicated Cover Supervisor. The trust is committed to providing high-quality education across its schools, with a strong focus on collaboration, student achievement and creating positive learning environments where both staff and students can thrive.

The academy trust is looking to appoint a reliable Cover Supervisor on a full-time basis from September, working across a number of secondary schools within the trust. The successful Cover Supervisor will deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects, maintain excellent classroom behaviour, support students in their learning and build positive relationships with staff and pupils across multiple settings.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• Previous experience working with secondary-aged students in a school or educational setting
• Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills
• The confidence to deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A flexible, proactive and adaptable approach to working across multiple schools
• A genuine passion for supporting young people to achieve their full potential
