The school is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant on a part-time, long-term basis starting in September. The successful Teaching Assistant will support students across KS3 and KS4, working alongside teaching staff to encourage engagement, provide additional classroom support and help students develop their confidence and independence.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable
• Experience supporting secondary-aged students across KS3 and KS4
• The ability to support students with their learning and classroom engagement
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A caring, patient and supportive approach
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
