The school is looking to appoint a dedicated Cover Supervisor on a long-term basis starting in September. The successful Cover Supervisor will deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects, maintain excellent classroom behaviour, and ensure students remain engaged and motivated throughout the school day.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• Experience working with secondary school students
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The confidence to deliver pre-set work across a range of subjects
• A positive, proactive and flexible attitude
• A genuine passion for supporting young people to achieve their potential
