The school is looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor on a long-term basis for an immediate start. The successful Cover Supervisor will deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher, manage classroom behaviour effectively and support the school's high expectations for student achievement and personal development.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• A relevant qualification is desirable
• Experience working with secondary-aged students
• Experience managing groups of students within a classroom environment
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A confident and adaptable approach
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
