Cover Supervisor

The school is looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor on a day-to-day basis from September. The successful Cover Supervisor will deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of Key Stage 4 classes, manage classroom behaviour effectively and ensure students remain engaged and on task throughout the school day.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• Experience working with young people within a UK secondary school setting
• Experience supporting or supervising Key Stage 4 classes
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A flexible and adaptable approach to covering different subjects
• A positive attitude and a passion for supporting students' learning
