TeacherActive is proud to be working with a specialist SEND school in Telford, providing a supportive and inclusive environment for Primary and Secondary aged pupils. The school is dedicated to helping every student achieve their full potential through personalised learning, strong pastoral support and a positive approach to education.

The school is looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor on a long-term basis with an immediate start. The successful Cover Supervisor will deliver pre-planned lessons and supervise classes across both Primary and Secondary age groups, supporting pupils with SEMH, ADHD and Autism while promoting positive behaviour and maintaining an engaging learning environment.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• Experience working as a Cover Supervisor or supporting children and young people within an educational setting
• Confidence managing classroom behaviour and delivering pre-planned lessons
• Experience supporting pupils with SEMH, ADHD and Autism is desirable
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A calm, resilient and adaptable approach
• A positive attitude with a willingness to get involved in all aspects of school life
