Cover Supervisor

Cover Supervisors play a vital role within schools, whether covering short-term, long-term, or permanent assignments. While the position does not require lesson planning or preparation, excellent communication and strong classroom management skills are essential.

Key Requirements

• Possession of a CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 qualification, or at least six months of relevant experience
• Confidence in managing classes of students aged 11 to 16 and beyond
• Ability to maintain positive behaviour and keep students engaged throughout lessons
• Flexibility to work across various departments and with different age groups on a daily basis
