Cover Supervisor

Our Cover Supervisors play a crucial role within schools, whether on a day-to-day, long-term, or permanent basis. While the role does not involve lesson planning or preparation, strong communication and effective classroom management skills are essential.

Key Requirements:

• Possession of CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 qualification, or a minimum of six months relevant experience
• Confidence in managing classes of students aged 11 to 16
• Ability to maintain positive behaviour and keep students engaged in the classroom
• Flexibility to work across different departments and with varying age groups on a daily basis
