Cover Supervisor

Role Overview

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring classroom continuity on a daily, long-term, or permanent basis. While lesson planning and preparation are not required, excellent communication and effective classroom management skills are essential.

Key Requirements

• CACHE Level 2 or 3 qualification, or a minimum of six months’ relevant experience
• Confident in managing classes of students aged 11 to 16 and above
• Skilled in behaviour management to maintain student engagement
• Flexible to work across various departments and with different age groups on a daily basis
