Cover Supervisor

TeacherActive is delighted to collaborate with a wide range of secondary schools across Ebbw Vale. We are currently seeking Cover Supervisors to provide reliable, high-quality support to our school network.

Cover Supervisors play a vital role in schools, whether on a short-term, long-term or permanent basis. While the role does not require planning and preparation, excellent communication and strong classroom management skills are essential.

Role Requirements

The successful Cover Supervisor based in Ebbw Vale will:

• Hold a CACHE Level 2 or 3 qualification, or possess a minimum of six months’ relevant experience
• Confidently manage classes of students aged 11 to 16
• Effectively maintain positive behaviour to keep students engaged and focused
• Demonstrate flexibility to work across multiple departments and with various age groups on a daily basis
